Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local carrier guidelines for delivery.
If your producd was damaged during shipping you should let the carrier know immediately. This way the damage is on record as soon as possible.The carrier should ask you for the original tracking number and the type of damage to the product the carrier will also provide you with a claim number, make sure you write down the claim number we will need it. You should also take pictures of the damage including the box your product was shipped in.

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy and our standard warranty is good for 90 days from the date of purchase.
If you are within the 30 days we will accept your return for a full refund. In order to start the refund process we do need a completed RMA form emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the computer is returned. Once we recieve the RMA form we will contact you about the return and start the return process.
If your outside the 30 day window we will repair any issues with your computer and return it to you. We will also need an RMA form filled out and emailed to us so we can start the repair process. Yes, we offer our 1 Year, 2 Year and 3 Year no hassle protection warranty on every compputer we sell. Our warranty is just like a bumper to bumper warranty on your car, if it breaks we fix it, if we can't fix it we replace it.
We also offer a lifetime warranty on our G Data antivirus as long as you have an active license on your machine. If a virus gets past G Data we will remove it free of charge.
